On the 19th of April 2008 by the decision of the Review board of the OJSC “Sotsinvestbank” Sergey Tabolin was elected as a Chairman of the Review board – President of the OJSC “Sotsinvestbank”, Gennadiy Lobanov was elected as a Vice-chairman of the Review board – Vice-President of the OJSC “Sotsinvestbank”.
